Refund Policy
1. The Basics
We want you to love what you bought! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hi-Tech Auto Accessories Expertise Inc., we are here to help.

Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt invoice, or other proof of purchase. No receipt usually means we can only offer store credit at the current selling price.
3. Non-Returnable Items
If the product is already installed, it cannot be returned. This includes but not limited to harnesses, modules and fobs.
4. How to Start a Return

In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our location.

By Mail: Please email us at hitechautoacc@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
