2. Services & Products

  • Description: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product/service descriptions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated.

  • Taxes: Prices do not include HST (13%), which will be added at checkout for Ontario residents.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of purchase or as outlined in your specific service invoice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Products: Items may be returned within 7 days if they are in original condition.

  • Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Hi-Tech Auto Accessories Expertise Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
